Thing You Need

For Crispy Onions

  • 2-3 Large Onions
  • 2 cups of Organic Zing White Rice Flour
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt (as needed)
  • ½ cup garlic powder
  • Milk (as needed)
  • 1 ½ cup bread crumbs
  • Oil (For Frying)

For Dip

  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt (if needed)

For Crispy Onions

  1. Peel the onions and slice them carefully into ¼-inch thick slices.
  2. Take a medium bowl, and add Organic Zing’s white rice flour, onion powder, baking powder, paprika, and salt (as required).
  3. Stir these ingredients properly in the bowl.
  4. Add eggs and milk to the flour mixture. Whisk them using a fork and make a batter with a medium-thick consistency.
